It is used to make Concrete and gives a smoother finish than the 20mm Concrete Blend. 10mm Concrete Blend is also great for Core filling block walls and is a great mix for concreting your fence posts in the ground. It is a Pre-Mix Blend for all applications, just add Cement Powder and Water.
